About Me.
I believe in deep healing. I believe that the blood coursing through our veins already holds the ingredients for miraculous transformation. My role as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to facilitate that healing. The aches and pains of the body are just messengers waiting to be heard and felt. I believe Massage Therapy is a powerful tool in observing, feeling and moving those aches and pains out of the body. Through skilled and conscious touch, healing and feeling good in your body is not only possible, it is your birthright. The body is a temple. We must take care of it accordingly. Through connection and balance of the body, mind and spirit, we come into alignment. Regular massage is true medicine for all three.
